You’ll want to read this for the course (No, seriously, there’s important info here!)
Lesson 1 Chapter 1 Module 1
Is pre-info a word? Can I make it a word?
I’m making it a word. ????
Just a few things before we get started:
Make sure that you have put aside time every day. Will you do the assignments in the morning? Evening? During your commute on the train? At lunch?
If you click below, on the button that says “Day 00 - How Does Copywork Work?”, you will be able to access a document that breaks down the step-by-step for navigating through the lessons.
Now, my favorite part: Where are you going to write your daily assignments, and what will you write on? Are you going to curl up in an overstuffed leather chair with a notebook, or sit at your office desk with a yellow pad? Like writing on grid or blank paper so you have less structure and more freedom? Heading out to a cafe or maybe just sitting at your kitchen table?
I personally love old school college-ruled composition books and post-its, I buy new ones for every project I’m creating. Plus, as we all know, I write from (and would like to live in) cafes.
That’s it! Pretty easy to start, huh?
Tomorrow we get into the good stuff. Talk soon ~ Elisa
PS - Oh!! One other SUPER IMPORTANT THING. Make sure to whitelist or add my email address ([email protected]) to your Contacts, so that I don’t get sent to the big spam folder in your inbox sky. Otherwise you won’t get the daily excerpts, and that kinda defeats the whole purpose of signing up, eh?
